Stoma care procedure

1.Empty your bag content into toilet

2.Gather stoma bag and all required accessories

3.Wash your hands with soap and water

4. Always remove your bag from upper side

5.Discard into dustbin

6. Clean the peristomal skin

7.Gently clean the stoma

8.Dry the peristomal skin

9.Pour the ostomy powder on peristomal skin & dust off after 3-5min.

10.Measure the stoma size with measuring guide.

11.Cut your bag with curved scissor

12.Apply paste on inner side of bag

13.Paste the bag & press it for 5-10 minutes

14.Wash your hands with soap and water
